Our weekly classes are the perfect way for you and your little Foodie to enjoy cooking together and for them to gain confidence and skills in the kitchen! Children as young as 2 can develop the skills they need to prepare a range of delicious, nutritious dishes and they will have so much fun too!
Each class begins with an introduction about the ingredients and equipment we will be using for the class recipe. Games and songs are used to encourage participation and enhance learning. We then move on to the recipe creation! All recipes involve some pre-prepared ingredients and some which the children need to count/weigh/measure.
We talk about and taste the food and use lots of language and numeracy skills in the process. When the dishes are prepared, we cook/refrigerate them whilst the children move on to a linked activity, such as crafts, stories, songs or games. We then return to the cooking table to sample our delicious dishes!
Any leftover food can then be taken home (please provide a suitable container) and your child will also take home a recipe card so they can recreate the dish at home.

Our booking policy and prices
Bookings can be made for a single class at the cost of £7.50 per class.Multiple class bookings will be £7.00 per class. E.g. 7 weeks for £49, 6 weeks for £42, 5 weeks for £35, 4 weeks for £28 etc
Bookings and payments need to be made before the start of a school half term and dates must be selected and payment made at that time. This system will ensure that customers do not need to book and pay for a week which they know in advance that they cannot attend, e.g. a planned holiday/work shift. We will remind you when bookings are being taken for the next half term.
Payments are non-refundable unless under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the session leader.
Session places are transferable to another person, so if you can’t make a session, you can ‘send a friend’ to take your place. Booked session places may not be ‘rolled over’ to another week.
Please contact us if you would like to book a class.
